Rent To Own is very simple: This is a stepping stone program designed to help you get ahead and into your own home. Most people just need a break to get started. Imagine, several years from now when your home is paid off and you never have to pay rent again! Ever! No wonder retired people smile!

It's very simple. Our goal is to help you get into your own home.

Start by renting one of our houses. Add $1 or more to your deposit and it becomes like a downpayment, placing you in the Rent To Own Program. From then on, part of your rent, every month, goes toward the purchase of the home. You now have something to show for your rent, not just rent receipts. You are now in the process of buying your own home. It's that simple!

Over the first year or two, you could see up to several thousand in your account. All this is money you would have spent on rent anyway, but now it helps you, not the landlord!

We have a simple rental application. If you have a job, and meet some other simple qualifications, you can move in to your own home! Past bankruptcies are not a problem. 62% of the people in Columbus do not qualify for a bank loan. We're helping these people buy their own home. You would not need our program if you had a clean credit history, and a nice, big, fat downpayment.

If you like, we can help you clean up your credit so you can qualify for the low rates on a home loan. This will usually lower your monthly payments. We have a very aggressive loan officer who can work wonders at getting people qualified for the good rates.

The key is to GET STARTED NOW! The longer you wait, the older you will be!

3 things you must know:

It's Portable: We can move you into other homes within our company and you keep the credits. For instance, a new baby comes along and you need a larger home. With our program, you do not have to hassle with selling the home, paying a realtor, and trying to buy another. Just coordinate some details and move! Does that sound convenient?

Maintenance: You handle the maintenance on the house, just like any home owner, in turn, we credit our maintenance budget to you! Major repairs are very rare on any home. Each of our homes has passed a 200 point inspection and comes with a 30 day warranty on major components. When the faucet drips, you fix it. When the doorknob is loose, you get your screwdriver and tighten it.

Can you lose? The only downside is if you walk away from the house, you walk away from your credits - but this is no worse than if you had just rented. Does that sound fair?
